The Sumner County Airport is open again. The Authority is waiting on the FAA to complete the PAPI’s and approaches but the runway/ taxiway project is complete except for reseeding. There should be no more closers to do this. NOTE the changes to the taxiway in front of and to the north of the FBO.

I have several hanger positions open in community hangers. If you know anyone needing hanger space, tell them to contact the FBO.

We will be conducting a Gleim based Private Pilot Ground School at the FBO. The class will be held in our training room on Monday, October 19 through Thursday the 22 continuing on Monday October 26 through Thursday October 29 from 6PM till 9PM. This will be an 8 day class. A qualified CFI will be the instructor for these classes. He will explain what you need to know for your FAA written exam with detailed explanations. The cost is $350.00 for both weeks. This will include your study material. Please call the FBO if you will be attending prior to these dates.
